If You Believe Your Content Was Mistakenly Removed

If you believe that your content was mistakenly removed, you have the right to submit a counter-notification. To do so, you’ll need to provide:

• Your full contact information, including your name, address, phone number, and email.
• A statement confirming, under penalty of perjury, that you believe the removal was made in error.
• A statement consenting to jurisdiction of a U.S. court and agreeing to accept legal service from the complainant.
• Your signature (physical or electronic).

After We Receive Your Counter-Notification

Once we receive your counter-notification, we’ll forward it to the complainant. If no legal action is taken within 10-14 business days, we will restore the content.
