If you are dissatisfied with the quality of the car wash or detailing service, please contact us within 48 hours of the service. We will either rewash your vehicle or offer a partial refund based on the nature of your concern.
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your scheduled appointment, we may need to reschedule the service. No refund will be issued for time missed due to late arrivals.
